SHIGRAS CLUTCH BLACK & WHITE

Since 2020, we have been collaborating with an Ecuadorian family led by Alicia and her two children, who coordinate a network of artisans in a small town where textile tradition remains alive generation after generation.

Each collection is produced in very limited series of between 30 and 50 pieces, with production times of approximately 40 days. This unhurried pace reflects a completely artisanal process, where every detail is handcrafted.

The designs are born from the inspiration of the artisans themselves, who cultivate the cabuya plant, process it, and dye it with natural pigments before weaving each bag. The result is unique compositions that transform each piece into a true work of art.

The name “Shigras” comes from Kichwa and means “bag,” a word linked to the tradition of the indigenous women of the region, true guardians of this artisanal knowledge.

Shipments over 80€ in mainland Spain and Portugal are free.
