SIZE CHANGES OR EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT
If you reside in Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands):
We have two options for size changes or exchange for another product:
change in store: You can change the selected product in one of our stores. Check the locations and hours in this link. Remember that you always have to present the order confirmation online or ticket if you bought it in store
Delivery to your address: The last option and most used by our clients and to facilitate any change is to opt for the exchange service at your home. We will send the new product to your address, and in the same delivery we will pick up the one you want to change. The first size change is free. To do this, you must complete the form that we have at the end of this page to inform us of one of the available options.
If you reside in Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or abroad:
Shipping on your own: You must complete the form that we have at the bottom of this page to inform us that you are requesting a size change or exchange for another product. Sorry, we do not have collection services for shipments outside the Peninsula (except the Balearic Islands) or internationally, so you must send the products to us at the following address: Avenida Manuel Siurot 13, CP:41013, Seville (Spain).
The products that are the reason for exchange must be sent in perfect condition with their label and in their original packaging, including everything that was sent with it. We are not responsible for lost orders that do not arrive correctly at our facilities since the transport has not been managed by us.
RETURNS
If you reside in Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands):
La Mansa offers you the free pick up service of the product at your home. To do this, you must complete the form that we have at the bottom of this page to inform us of your return. Once the product has been received and its condition checked, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days. Transportation costs are not refundable.
You also have the option of return in store but it would be done in exchange for a voucher for the same amount. All purchases made in physical store are in exchange for a OK for the amount of the purchase. We only issue refunds for online orders. Transportation costs are not refundable.
IMPORTANT:
