CHANGES AND RETURNS
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the online order to make an exchange or a return. To do this, please contact us through the form available at the bottom of this page.
SIZE CHANGES
Iberian Peninsula + Portugal
We have two options for size exchanges or exchanges for another product:
In-store exchange: You can exchange the selected product at one of our stores. Check the locations and hours at this link. Remember that you must always present the online confirmation order or receipt if you purchased it in-store.
Home delivery: The last option and the most used by our customers to facilitate any exchange is to choose the home exchange service. We will send the new product to your home, and during the same delivery, we will collect the item you wish to exchange. The first size exchange is free. To do this, you must complete the form we have at the end of this page to inform us of one of the available options.
The 2nd size change has a cost of €6 that you must pay according to the instructions given by our team.
Balearic Islands + Canary Islands + Ceuta and Melilla
- If you reside in the Balearic Islands: the first size change costs 7 euros, which you can pay by transfer or bizum. The second size change costs 15 euros.
- If you reside in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla: You must complete the form we have at the end of this page to inform us that you are requesting a size change or exchange for another product. We regret to inform you that we do not offer collection services for shipments outside the Peninsula (except for the Balearic Islands) or international shipments, so you will need to send the products to us at your own expense to the following address: Avenida Manuel Siurot 13, CP:41013, Sevilla (Spain).
Foreigners
Shipping at your expense: You must complete the form we have at the end of this page to inform us that you are requesting a size change or an exchange for another product.

Products for return must be sent back in perfect condition with their label and in their original packaging, including everything that was sent with it. Check those products that are not eligible for return in the following section.
Non-returnable products
There are certain products that are not eligible for return such as the following:
• Hats: size exchange only is possible
• Hat hangers
• Socks
• Mr. Boho glasses are only available in stores. They can be exchanged for another model.
• Costume Jewelry: all products from the Jewelry section
• Coleteros Kknekki
• Candles
• Keychains (pompon or mesh)
• Hang glasses
• Card holders
• African saucers
• Aymara tassels
• Palm fans or Pai Pai
Iberian Peninsula + Portugal
- Home pickup option: to make the process more convenient, we offer the option to send a courier to the address you provide. €6 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. To do this, you must complete the form we have at the end of this page to inform us of your return. Once the product is received and its condition checked, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days. Transportation costs are non-refundable.
- Free in-store option: You can return any online order at our official stores. To do this, you must show the confirmation order to our store team for them to verify the information. Once the product is received and its condition checked, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days. Transportation costs are non-refundable.
(*) All purchases made in the physical store are exchanged for a voucher for the amount of the purchase. We only process refunds for online orders.
Balearic Islands
If you reside in the Balearic Islands: an amount of 7 euros will be deducted from the total amount paid (excluding non-refundable transportation costs).
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla + Foreigners
Shipping at your own expense: You must complete the form we have at the end of this page to inform us that you are requesting the return of your order.
