RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The buyer will have a period of 15 calendar days, according to the official calendar of their place of residence, to make a change or a return, from the date of delivery of the purchased product, in accordance with article 44 of Law 7/1996 of Retail Trade Management.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE OR EXCHANGE ONE PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER?
If you reside in Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands):
We have two options for size changes or exchange for another product:
Change in store : You can change the selected product in one of our stores. Check the locations and hours at this link. Remember that you always have to present the order confirmation online.
Delivery to your home: The last and most used option by our customers and to facilitate any exchange is to opt for the home exchange service. We will send the new product to your address, and in the same delivery we will pick up the one you want to change. The first size change is free . To do this, you must complete the form that we have at the bottom of this page to inform us of one of the available options.
If you reside in Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands or abroad:
Shipping on your own: You must complete the form that we have at the bottom of this page to inform us that you are requesting a change in size or exchange for another product. We are very sorry that we do not have collection services for shipments outside the Peninsula (except the Balearic Islands) or internationally, so you must send the products at your own expense to the following address: Avenida Manuel Siurot 13, CP:41013, Seville (Spain).
The products subject to exchange must be sent in perfect condition with their label and in their original packaging, including everything that was sent with it. We are not responsible for lost orders that do not arrive correctly at our facilities since the transport has not been managed by us.
HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN OF MY ORDER?
If you reside in Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands):
La Mansa offers you a free collection service for the product at your home. To do this, you must complete the form that we have at the bottom of this page to inform us of your return. Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days. Transportation expenses are non-refundable.
It also has the option of returning it to the store but it would be done in exchange for a voucher for the same amount. All purchases made in the physical store are in exchange for a voucher for the amount of the purchase. We only make refunds for online orders. Transportation expenses are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT:
Products for return must be sent in perfect condition with its label and in its original packaging , including everything that was sent with it. Check those products that do not have a return option in the next section.

PRODUCTS WITHOUT RIGHT TO RETURN
There are certain products that do not have a return option, such as the following:
• Hats (only change of size is possible)
• Mr. Boho glasses (only available in stores. They can be exchanged for another model)
• Outlet ethnic belts (they are unique to the web and do not allow changes or refunds)
• Earrings
