Do I have to register if I want to buy on the web?
There's no need. After completing your first purchase, you will be given the opportunity to register as a customer, but it is not mandatory. When registering, you will be asked for your identification data as well as the billing and shipping addresses. We recommend that you be careful with this information as it may facilitate deliveries and avoid problems with the transport company.

How do I receive the amount of my refund?
The first thing you have to do to carry out a return is to contact us through the form in the Changes and Returns section. It is important that you tell us the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will respond to inform you of how and when you can proceed with the process. No exchange or return will be accepted without first having been accepted by our customer service and reviewed by our responsible team.
If the return is accepted, we will make the payment with the same method that you used in the purchase. If it is by credit card, we will have a maximum period of 7 working days. La Mansa reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions as they were received.

What do I do if my product is defective?
If the product you have purchased is defective or breaks within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days from its purchase; contact by mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org providing the purchase receipt or the online order number. We are not responsible for defects or incidents that appear within a period of more than 30 calendar days since we are unaware of the treatment that has been given to the product.
