Do I have to register if I want to buy on the website?
It is not necessary. Once you have completed your first purchase, you will be given the option to register as a customer, but it is not mandatory. When registering, you will be asked for your identification details as well as your billing and shipping addresses. We recommend that you be careful with this information as it can facilitate deliveries and prevent issues with the shipping company.
How is the shipping of my order done?
The orders you make in our online store are shipped through:
- Nacex: transport company number 1 in Spain and Portugal.
- FedEx: for international shipping.
Once the shipment is made, the transport company will send you an email with tracking to follow up on your order.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated maximum delivery time for an order is 5 business days once payment has been made. In other cases, please consult our shipping section.
How do I request a return?
Follow the steps we have described in the section of Exchanges and Returns.
How will I receive the amount of my refund?
The first thing you need to do to make a return is to contact us through the form in the Returns and Exchanges section. It is important that you indicate the reason for the return.
"Once we receive your request, we will respond to inform you how and when you can proceed with the process. No changes or returns will be accepted without prior approval from our customer service and review by our responsible team."
'If the return is accepted, we will process the payment using the same method you used for the purchase. If it is by credit card, we will have a maximum period of 7 business days.'
La Mansa reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
What do I do if my product is defective?
If the product you have purchased is defective or breaks within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days from your purchase; please contact us by email at: atencionalcliente@lamansa.es providing the purchase receipt or the online order number. We are not responsible for defects or incidents that occur after a period of more than 30 calendar days as we are unaware of the treatment the product has received.
