Do I have to register if I want to buy online?

There's no need. Once you complete your first purchase, you will be given the opportunity to register as a customer, but it is not mandatory. When you register, you will be asked for your identification information as well as billing and shipping addresses. We recommend that you be careful with this information as it can facilitate deliveries and avoid problems with the transport company.

How is an order shipped?

The orders you place in our online store are sent through:

Nacex: No. 1 transport company in Spain and Portugal. 

DHL: for international shipments. 

Once the shipment has been made, the transport company will send you an email with tracking to track your order. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The maximum estimated delivery time for an order is 5 business days once payment has been made.  In other cases you should consult our shipping section

What steps do I have to follow to return an order?

Follow the steps we have described in the Exchanges and Returns section.

How do we prepare orders?

At La Mansa we are very aware of hygiene and safety measures when handling a product and preparing a shipment. That is why we strictly follow the protocol.

How do I receive the amount of my refund?

The first thing you have to do to make a return is to contact us through the form in the Exchanges and Returns section.  It is important that you tell us the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will respond to you to inform you how and when you can proceed with the process. No exchange or return will be accepted without it having been previously accepted by our customer service and reviewed by our responsible team.

If the return is accepted, we will make the payment using the same method you used for the purchase. If it is by credit card, we will have a maximum of 7 working days. La Mansa reserves the right to reject returns that are communicated or sent outside the established period or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

What payment methods can I use?

Credit/debit card
Payments made by card are completely secure and are made by the bank that manages them. The data provided circulates completely encrypted and no data is stored on our servers, so the payment is 100% secure.

Paypal
Paypal is a world leader in online payments. We consider it the simplest, fastest and safest system, and it has the added advantage that it has no costs for the client.

Klarna

Use Klarna to pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments. It is as simple as making a normal purchase with a card, but we give the customer more flexibility and payment capacity. At the time of online order confirmation, the first installment and the remaining installments 30 and 60 days later would be charged.

How can I download the invoice for my purchase?

You can download them in the My Account section. You can click here to access them directly. You must first fill in your tax details on the checkout page.

What do I do if my product is defective?

If the product you have purchased is defective or breaks within a period of no more than 30 calendar days from your purchase; Contact by email at: atencionalcliente@lamansa.es providing the purchase receipt or online order number. We are not responsible for defects or incidents that appear within a period of more than 30 calendar days since we are not aware of the treatment that has been given to the product.
