Este artículo Suzani no sólo está lleno de bellos colores, sino que el bordado también está hecho a mano. El bordado Suzani lo realizan artesanos indios, utilizando el tambor para crear un patrón de bordado Suzani único y vivo. El nombre «Suzani» procede de la palabra persa «su-zan», que significa aguja. Los artesanos indios utilizan un instrumento de aguja en forma de gancho llamado tambor para crear las intrincadas puntadas en cadena que son el sello distintivo del bordado Suzani. Al comprar nuestros estilos bordados Suzani, está apoyando a los artesanos locales y la artesanía tradicional india.

This kimono is made from a vintage kantha cotton blanket and decorated with colorful suzani embroidery all over. It is a long kimono that comes with a detachable belt. The kimono is oversized and made with dropped shoulders, long, wide sleeves and hidden side seam pockets.  As it is one size, it ranges from a 34 to a 40.
