At La Mansa we want you to buy consciously and invest in entirely handmade pieces. Therefore, the production of Jalapa hats is 'on request' . This means that every time you place an order, our craftsmen get to work to prepare your hat (measure ribbons, adjust and sew), so each Jalapa will be delivered within 2-4 business days from the order. .
The question of every summer!
Each ribbon is specially sewn with the measurement of the contour of each hat, since, being a handmade product, each hat can vary by millimeters from the rest. For this reason, we do not sell single ribbons. Sorry, but it's not possible!
At La Mansa we offer exchanges and returns of all our products (*). The first size change is free. To manage a change or if you want a return, you must complete the form that we have available in this link.
Remember that we do not accept returns of hats, certain accessories, home accessories and more products. (*) Consult those products that do not have a return option in this link
Shipments over €80 in Peninsular Spain and Portugal are free.
