WENGUE SKY GOLD BRACELET

The Werregue palm is a fiber used by some artisan communities in Colombia to weave baskets. The braiding manages to create walls so solid that they allow water to be transported in these natural fiber baskets. This thorny palm has a stem up to 20 meters long that grows on firm, dry soil.

In 2023, a family of artisans who are experts in the treatment of this palm joined the team, with which they create bracelets with unique color combinations.

Each bracelet is entirely hand-woven in Colombia using werregue palm, an ancestral natural fiber worked by artisan communities using techniques passed down from generation to generation.
