WE EXTEND THE EXCHANGE AND RETURNS PERIOD UNTIL JANUARY 28, 2024

That is, you can exchange or return products purchased since November 23 for Black Friday

You can also change it in store but remember that you always have to present the order confirmation email, ticket or gift ticket. You need a document proving the purchase. All products must have a label. Otherwise, it will not be possible to make an exchange or return.

SIZE CHANGES OR EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT

If you reside in Spain (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla):

We have two options for size changes or exchange for another product:

Exchange in store: You can exchange the selected product in one of our stores. Check the locations and hours in this link. Remember that you must always present the online confirmation order or ticket if you purchased it in shop

Delivery to your home: The last option and most used by our customers and to facilitate any exchange is to opt for the exchange service at your home. We will send the new product to your home, and in the same delivery we will pick up the one you want to exchange. The first size change is free. To do this, you must complete the form that we have at the end of this page to inform us of one of the available options.

The 2nd size change has a cost of €6.50, which must be paid with the instructions given by our team.

If you live in the Balearic Islands: the first size change has a cost of 7 euros that can be paid by transfer or bizum. The second size change has a cost of 15 euros.

If you reside in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla or abroad:

Shipping on your own: You must complete the form that we have at the end of this page to inform us that you request a size change or exchange for another product. We are very sorry that we do not have collection services for shipments outside the Peninsula (except the Balearic Islands) or internationally, so you must send us the products at your own expense to the following address: Avenida Manuel Siurot 13, CP:41013, Seville (Spain).

The products subject to exchange must be sent in perfect condition with their label and in their original packaging, including everything that was sent with it. We are not responsible for lost orders that do not arrive correctly at our facilities since we have not managed transportation.

RETURNS

If you reside in Spain (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla):

La Mansa offers you the free collection service of the product at your home. To do this, you must complete the form we have at the end of this page to inform us of your return. Once the product has been received and its condition checked, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 business days. Transportation costs are not refundable.

It also has the option of return in store but it would be done in exchange for a voucher for the same amount . All purchases made in a physical store are in exchange for a worthfor the purchase amount. We only issue refunds for online orders. Transportation costs are not refundable.

IMPORTANT:

Los productos con motivo de devolución, deberán remitirse en perfectas condiciones con su etiqueta y en su embalaje original, incluyendo todo lo que con él se hubiese remitido. Consulta aquellos productos que no tienen opción a devolución en el apartado siguiente.

If you reside in the Balearic Islands: an amount of 7 euros will be deducted from the total amount paid (less transport costs which are non-refundable).

If you reside in Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands or abroad:

Unfortunately, we do not have collection services for shipments outside the Peninsula (except the Balearic Islands) or abroad. To request your return, you must fill out the form that we have at the end of this page to inform us of your return. PRODUCTS WITHOUT THE RIGHT OF RETURN

There are certain products that do not have a return option, such as the following:

• Hats (only size change is possible)

• Hat hanger

• Mr. Boho glasses (only available in stores. Can be exchanged for another model)

• Jewelry (all products in the Jewelry section)

• Kknekki scrunchies

• Candles

• Keychains (pompon or maya)

• Hang glasses

• Card holders

• African underplates

• Aymara Tassels

• Palm fans or Pai Pai
