    How can I change my order?

    GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

    The buyer will have a period of 15 calendar days, according to the official calendar of his place of residence, to make a return, from the date of delivery of the purchased product, in accordance with article 44 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of the Retail commerce.

    The products for exchange or return must be sent in perfect condition with their label and in their original packaging, including everything that would have been sent with it to the address of: LA MANSA, Avenida Manuel Siurot, 13 – 41013. SEVILLA.

    Without labels, returns are not allowed.

    Hats cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Size changes are only allowed in 5 calendar days from delivery.

    Once the customer has exercised the right to return, the refund will be made by payment, without any retention and within a period not exceeding 15 days. Notwithstanding the provisions above, the right of withdrawal and / or resolution is excluded in those cases in which, due to the very nature of the items to be acquired, it is impossible to carry it out.

    HOW TO PROCEED FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

    The procedures described below for CHANGES or RETURNS are only valid for residents of Spain, except the Canary Islands. If you do not reside in Spain or reside in the Canary Islands, send us an email to atencionalcliente@lamansa.es and we will tell you how to proceed.

    RETURN options:

    You have two options to return our item:

    You can choose to send the product to our offices, assuming the shipping cost of the transport company you choose. The shipping address is indicated above.

    The other option and to facilitate the return, La Mansa offers the product collection service at your home. In the latter case, 4 euros will be deducted for collection from the total amount paid to be reimbursed.

    Options for CHANGE:

    You have two options to change the size of the item:

    You can choose to send the product to our offices, assuming the shipping cost of the transport company you choose. The shipping address is listed above, once received and verified, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
    The other option and to facilitate any change, if you have BIZUM, you can choose the exchange service at your address. We will send the new product to your address, and in the same delivery we will pick up the one you want to change. This service has a cost of 4 euros, which you must pay to 662 167 416, including your name, concept and order number.

    What should I do to give the item back?

    La Mansa offers the possibility of collecting the return at your home address. You just have to fill out the form that you will find above.

    Before paying the return, we will check the good condition of the product, with its label and hygienic protector, if it is suitable for the return, we will process the refund by the same payment method that you used for the purchase. If it is by bank transfer, we will have a maximum period of 10 working days until the amount is paid.

    La Mansa reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline that are not in the same conditions as they were received.

    How will I receive my refund?

    First of all, to proceed with the exchange or return, you must contact us. Our email address is atencionalcliente@lamansa.es. You must indicate the reason for the return.

    Once we receive your request, the customer can send the return as long as La Mansa informs them to proceed with this procedure.

    Once the products to be exchanged or returned have been verified, we will proceed to send the exchange of your product, the voucher or the refund of the amount in case it is notified within the terms stipulated above.

    No change or return will be accepted without having previously been accepted by our customer service and reviewed by our quality department.

    If the return is accepted, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase. If it is by credit card, we will have a maximum period of 15 working days.
