Do I have to register if I want to buy on the web?
There’s no need. Upon completion of your first purchase, you will be given the ability to register as a customer, but it is not mandatory. When registering, you will be asked for your identification information as well as your billing and shipping addresses. We recommend that you be careful with these data as they can facilitate deliveries and avoid problems with the transport company.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The maximum estimated delivery time for an order is 5 business days once the payment has been made in the case of shipments to the Peninsula. In other cases, you should consult our shipping and returns section.

How do I receive the amount of my refund?
The first thing you have to do to carry out an exchange or return is to contact us. Our email is email@example.com. It is important that you tell us the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will respond to inform you of how and when you can proceed with the process. No change or return will be accepted without having previously been accepted by our customer service and reviewed by our quality department.
If the return is accepted, we will make the payment with the same method that you used in the purchase. If it is by credit card, we will have a maximum period of 10 working days. La Mansa reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same condition as they were received.

Normally it is not necessary to configure the browser to make a purchase in our online store. What can happen is that on some occasion you do not see the selected items in the shopping cart. In this case, you will have to configure the appropriate security level. The configuration options for the level of privacy can be found in the menu of the browser you are using.
